Whistleblowing
The Legislative Decree n. 24 dated 10th March 2023 provided instructions regarding the protection of people who report violations of EU and national laws (so-called “whistleblowers”).
In compliance with the updated regulations, the company FBM Hudson Italiana SpA activated a reporting channel that guarantees complete privacy protection for the whistleblower, for the person mentioned in the report and for the information contained in the report.
