Legislative Decree 231 (“Modello 231”)
The Legislative Decree 08 June n. 231 of 2001 introduced into our legal system the Companies’ administrative liability for the crimes envisaged and committed by Collaborators and Managers in the interest and advantage of the Companies themselves.
The company FBM Hudson Italiana SpA (also referred to as “FBM HI SpA”), sensitive to the need to ensure conditions of fairness, transparency, and ethics in the performance of company activities, has deemed it compliant with its company policies to proceed with the adoption of the Organization, Management, and Control system pursuant under the Legislative Decree 231/01.
This initiative, which follows the implementation of management systems compliant with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, and ISO 45001: 2018, the integration of these management systems in the Organization, Management and Control Decree 231 (“Modello 231”) pursuant under the Legislative Decree no. 231/01, as well as the issue of a Code of Conduct (Code of Ethics 231) – already in place at the company, is the KNM Group Berhad Group -, was assumed in the belief that the adoption of this Organization Model, beyond the provisions of the Decree which indicate it as optional and not mandatory, it can constitute a useful tool for raising awareness of all those who work in the name and on behalf of FBM HI SpA so that they continue to pursue correct and transparent conduct in carrying out their activities.
The Organization, Management, and Control Decree 231 (“Modello 231”) adopted by FBM HI S.p.A. were prepared according to the Confindustria Guidelines and approved by the Board of Directors’ resolution on December 17, 2020.
The commitment that all Employees, Collaborators, Customers, Suppliers, and third parties of FBM HI S.p.A. respect and accept the behavioural principles outlined therein, with the concrete application of legality’s legal principles, honesty, fairness, transparency, and rules of business ethics.
