1989- The
Fochi group takes over FBM Hudson Italiana which
becomes the Fochi subsidiary responsible for
manufacturing activities of the Group.
1991- FBM HUDSON ITALIANA
Jebel Ali Workshop is
established as a branch of FBM HUDSON ITALIANA
SpA where the manufacturing of Shell & Tubes
Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns,
Reactors and parts of Air Cooled Heat Exchangers
are manufactured.
