Process Description: |

A
core tube previously polished
and degreased is set into
an aluminium sleeve. |
|
The
assembly is fed into a special
finning machine which, by
means of 3 sets of rotating
disks forms and shapes the
fins by extrusion. A good
bonding (essential for the
thermal performance) is achieved
by pressure and thermal shrink
fit. |
